Watercress and Wild Rocket Salad
1 bunch watercress
1 bunch (packet) wild rocket
1 pear – thinly sliced
50g pine nuts, gently toasted or roasted (can substitute with salad seeds from our online store)
100 g parmigiano reggiano, shaved
Dressing:
10 ml extra virgin olive oil
5ml aged balsamic
5ml raspberry vinegar
season with salt and pepper to taste.
