The weather is still playing havoc with a number of fruit and veggie lines, it's quite hard to keep up with it all, so I rely on my suppliers to update me with what's happening in the coming week. Beans were $130 a box towards the end of last week, so they are definitely off the menu this week. Bananas have also jumped in price, due to transport issues created by the Townsville floods. My favourite part of Thursday afternoon! My vegies fresh from the market today! They last so much longer then the supermarket- let alone the time it saves me every week! A year later still doing this!

Fruit and veg are always lovely, brilliant customer service. I've been a happy customer for many years now ★★★★★ Google Review
I could not rate Micky Booth highly enough. I have been using him for the past 9 years & I couldn’t go back to the supermarket for my fruit & veg. The quality and freshness of the fruit and veg is far beyond the big giant supermarkets as it’s straight from the wholesaler (no cold storage) & it will last weeks in your fridge. Micky has always delivered on time & if for some reason something is unavailable he simply takes it off the price with a little note on the receipt-that’s customer service! Give it a go, you will taste the difference and won’t have any wastage ★★★★★ Google Review

No new season Pink Lady apples for about another month or so. Nashi Pears are also back on the … Read More
Quite a lot to report after the first week of deliveries for the year. The heat is taking its toll on the quality of greens, particularly those grown in South Australia. My supplier has warned me that the continental cucumbers may turn yellow within a few days of purchase. For that reason, I have taken them off, and only offering the lebanese variety this week. Won't be offering strawberries either, they are all grown in the Yarra Valley, if it's not the heat they have to deal with, it's the … Read More
