One of my suppliers has started supplying Handmade Organic Noodles made from 97% organic Australian ingredients. They only take 5 minutes to cook, and the 200g pack contains four little bundles, so it’s not necessary to cook the whole pack at once. I’ll start by offering the plain and spinach varieties, with more flavours to come.
The asparagus season is getting into full swing, so this week’s special is 2 bunches for $3.98 or 3 bunches for $5.49.
