The Wholesale Market is not open tomorrow because of the Anzac Day holiday, so the Tuesday market will be crazy busy and a 3:30am open. That means up at 2:30, that is plain stupid Micky Booth! Anyway, the things we do to keep the lions from the door.
I noticed a new batch a medjool dates had arrived at the market last week, so I bought a box, and have packaged them into 250g punnets.
Just a reminder that we also have cashews (both salted and unsalted), almonds (raw and dry roasted) and two types of mixed nuts, one raw and one salted.
As for the fresh stuff, we are getting to that time of the year where the winter fruits such as apples, oranges, mandarins, pears and kiwi fruit are the best going around. Bananas are very cheap at the moment, but the quality is very poor, lots of marks etc…
Have a great week!
