New season Royal Gala apples are now available. They are just off the tree, and much cheaper than the old season alternatives (Pink Lady and Granny Smith).
New season Pink Lady apples are still about four weeks away. New season Granny Smith won’t be far away, but they tend to be pretty “sharp” (sour) when they first begin.
Ginger is also available, has been quite expensive, and still is. Have put it back on because people have been asking about it.
Green vegetables are in short supply at the moment: Broccoli, Beans and Ice-Berg Lettuce are particularly expensive.
Better options are Broccolini, Baby Cos Lettuce and Snow Peas.
