Still lots of fruit around at the moment, and here is another one. Passion Fruit grown on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland is once again available. Mix natural yoghurt, passionfruit and honey for a healthy, tangy and delicious snack filled with fibre and vitamin C.
There will be no Hass Avocado for about the next four weeks, the Shepard variety are green, and don’t change colour when ripe.
Deliveries as usual next week, even though next weekend is a long one (Labor Day).
