For those looking to avoid gluten and fruit, this is a delicious blend created for fructose malabsorption and FODMAP diet restrictions. Suitable for anyone, we use rice based products, with a selection of almonds, hazelnuts and macadamias, plus seeds and coconut. It is slow cooked it in organic rice syrup for a delicious finishing taste!
With a similar make up to our Original muesli, our Gluten Free version includes the same variety of dried fruits, almonds and seeds, but we use a rice bran and rice flakes as the gluten free base. Cooked in a blend of apple juice and honey, this is a great option for coeliacs who love their cereal, or for those who are wanting to avoid gluten.
A delicious blend of oats and bran, plus a variety of dried fruits, almonds and seeds, the Original muesli is slow cooked in a blend of apple juice (no added sugar) and honey, and finished off with a scattering of yoghurt covered cranberry balls. Yum!
The Cranberry Crunch muesli is a blend of oats, almonds, coconut flakes, seeds and cranberries. Slow cooked in 100% maple syrup to provide a delicious taste.
