Red Papaya naturally contains a unique bundle of antioxidants, and is particularly high in vitamin C. A good source of fibre, it also helps with digestive balance. It’s nice on its’ own, or in a fruit salad with other tropical fruits.
No mangoes this week, as it’s getting towards the end of the Northern Territory season, and the Queensland season has not quite started. I’m hoping to offer them again in a couple of weeks.
Still no red capsicum at a reasonable price, will be offering just the yellow ones for the coming week.
