The Hass Avocado season has finally come to an end. Oh, too be an avocado grower, and ride the wave of the “Avo Boom”. The Hass are replaced by the Sheperd variety, which has a thinner and smoother skin.
Now that the weather has settled down again, local strawberries should last a bit longer in the fridge, but it’s always a good idea to eat them within a day or so.
