Sugar snap peas are available again this week. They can be eaten raw in a salad, thrown in a stir-fry, or sautéed in a medium-hot pan with olive oil and tossed in a pasta.
Before eating, they should be trimmed at one end with a paring knife and the tough string that runs the length of the pod removed.
Looks like the Tassie apricots have finished, but there is still plenty of summer fruits around.
Week one is over, I think week two will be a little easier.
Have a great week!
Cheers Michael
