I tried Summer Snow’s Apple and Ginger juice at the Market last week, and decided to buy a couple of dozen for people to sample. It’s a really delicious blend, very satisfying balance between the apple and the ginger.
Just a reminder that the Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples are still not new season. The only new season at the moment are the Royal Gala. Pears have swapped over from the William variety (ripen quickly) to the Packham variety (just off the tree so are taking a while to ripen).
