They say that Red Papaya is loaded with antioxidants that can reduce inflammation, fight disease and help keep you looking young. WOW! I’m sold, it must be a Superfood. Whatever the benefits, I quite like it in a fruit salad, not on its own.
Plenty of regular stock standard fruit around for those not into Papaya.
Leeks are back on this week, and a few of you are asking about Brussels Sprouts. Still only February, can’t do sprouts until at least March…. or April.
